- 2 CREDIT CARDS.
- ONE ( 1 ) ID.
- Approximately $105 for basic rentals.
- over $500 requires 1/3 value of instrument, deposit.

Guitar from $500 and up one third of the instrument cost
Violin/Viola up to $500 $105 rental fee which gives you 3 months
Violin/Viola from $500 and up one third of the instrument cost
Violin/Viola - school year $180 (only $600 instruments and below)
Keyboard for 3 months $150 for 3 months (61 key), $220 for 3 months (88 key)
Sax for 3 months $150
Sax - school year $220
Cello for 3 months one third of the instrument cost
Cello - school year $275
Upright basses one third of the instrument cost
Clarinet/Flute $105 rental fee which gives you 3 months
Clarinet/Flute - school year $180 (only $500 instruments and below)
Folk harps (36string) for 3 months $225 which gives you 3 months
Folk harps (22string) for 3 months $105 which gives you 3 months

*Policies
Requirements
Renter must fill out an application form at one of our locations and is subject to credit approval and application verification. Customer must posses a valid in-state license from the state of rental origin. Two major credit cards (debit cards not accepted) are needed for all rentals. A valid social security number is a must. Please remember to bring appropriate transportation for transport of your rental equipment. Wood & Strings is not responsible for the delivery or set-up of rentals.

Terms
Rental must be paid in full at the inception of the rental period. All rentals are done in 3 month blocks (except school year rentals). All rentals are automatically charged on due date for another 3 month period. All renewals must be paid in full for the length of a three month period. Any customer with equipment past due is liable to be charged for another rental period.

Rules
All Rentals are the reasonability of the person listed on the Rental Agreement. We will not accept third party rentals. No one can act as a proxy for an unapproved renter without our approval. No subletting or out of state transport without our approval. No dangerous or illegal use or any other use that jeopardizes the Renter, Wood & Strings or the manufacturer(s) of the equipment rented.

Damage
Renter is liable for all damage to rental equipment. All cords and equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. All malfunctions must be reported upon return. Wood & Strings Rental will be the sole determination of whether a repair fee will be charged for repair to damaged rental equipment excluding normal wear and tear of most rental equipment.

Availability
Rentals are available in intervals of three (3) months. Rentals are on a first come first serve basis. We do not accept reservations for any rental gear. We do suggest renting a day or two earlier than the intended use so you are sure to have what you need. Although we do not take reservations it is always a good idea to contact the store to check our most current stock position.

Late fees
All rentals are due by the close of business on the agreement due date. On the due date, a three month mandatory rental charge is incured, meaning you are on automatic rental with the credit cards supplied by the renter.

Buy Out
We apply all money on rentals twards the purchase price. This money may not be used for instruments other than the original rental.

Extensions
A renter may extend any rental at any time with a phone call and a credit card.

No Refunds
A rental may be returned before the due date with no refund of the unused period of time.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the rental value of the item that failed. Customers are liable to insure that they have all the equipment they need and possess the expertise to operate the equipment rented. Any damage caused by rented equipment is the liability of the user or manufacturer of the equipment. Equipment manuals are available for most rental items in limited quantities. Please ask associate if you feel the need for a manual during your rent. Although manuals are free for your convenience there will be a $25 fee for any non-returned manual.
